Before Purchasing
Please note that all earrings are carefully handmade with love and are subject to slight variation in color, shape, and design due to their handmade nature. That being said, no two earrings will be exactly the same. Exact color of the earrings may vary from what is shown on your screen. I am constantly working to improve my methods, processes, and supplies to create earrings that I am proud of!
If you lose an earring, I am not responsible for remaking it for free. Please feel free to message me and see if I am able to remake an earring so you can have your completed pair but you will have to pay for it if I am able to. I am not responsible for broken earrings after they’ve been worn unless they break during shipment and they arrive broken/damaged. Please see the Returns section below for more information.
COVID-19
Yes, the world is still dealing with the pandemic. In the case that your USPS order states that it is in "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created" and has not updated within 48-72 hours, we will need to wait it out at least 3 weeks before I can take action on my end. Please keep in mind that I hold the same tracking information that you have. As we know, the USPS is completely swamped so we need to remember to extend grace and patience during these times. I promise I want you to get your package just as much as you do!
Shipping and Local Pickup
Local pickups are ready within 3-5 business days. I always send out a pick up notification via email so please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it. I ship all orders out within 3-5 business days. Once an order is placed in "in transit" status, I am no longer responsible for that order and hold the same tracking information that you receive. You will need to contact USPS for any lost or stolen packages. I do not offer international shipping at this time. 
Returns
I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if something were to happen and you received damaged earrings, a return and refund will be accepted. For further investigation into damaged earrings, I do ask that you email photos of your earrings along with sending them back to me so I can assess quality control. A label will be emailed to you, free of charge.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 5 messages a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.
